- In the private loan dispute between Gao Chunxia and Huang Tianming and Huang Yucheng, based on the facts and in accordance with the law, we successfully secured an exemption for Huang Tianming from liability for the debt.
- In the dispute over the residential lease agreement between Wang Yao and Dingfeng Property Management Company, the court maximized compensation for the lessee’s losses arising from decoration and renovation despite the lessee’s insufficient evidence.
- In the dispute over liability for injuries sustained by a service provider between Xu Quan and Liu Shiguang, the court determined the apportionment of fault and the basis for compensation based on professional expertise and experience, resulting in the victim being awarded compensation according to urban standards.
