• Li Yanchun’s divorce dispute with Zheng Maohua: bank deposits are not subject to division; she prevails.
• Guo Baoyuan and others, in a dispute over property division and inheritance involving Han Chenglin, successfully mediated and resolved the family conflict by striking a balance of interests among the heirs and those entitled to resettlement.
• In the private loan dispute between Gao Chunxia and Huang Tianming and Huang Yucheng, based on the facts and in accordance with the law, we successfully secured an exemption for Huang Tianming from liability for the debt.
• In the dispute over the residential lease agreement between Wang Yao and Dingfeng Property Management Company, the court maximized compensation for the lessee’s losses arising from decoration and renovation despite the lessee’s insufficient evidence.
• In the dispute over liability for injuries sustained by a service provider between Xu Quan and Liu Shiguang, the court determined the apportionment of fault and the basis for compensation based on professional expertise and experience, resulting in the victim being awarded compensation according to urban standards.
• In the dispute over liability for a motor vehicle traffic accident between Qu Zilu and Zhou Qiang, the compensation items and standards were calculated in accordance with the law, the dispute was mediated and resolved on the basis of fairness and impartiality, and the obligations were fulfilled in a timely manner.
• In the dispute over the creditors’ right of revocation involving Xian Ce and others against Yang Junjie and Yang Jianhua, property leads were uncovered amid the despair caused by the debtor’s apparent lack of assets, resulting in the successful recovery of assets and full satisfaction of the creditor’s claim.
• In the administrative litigation case concerning the unlawful administrative act of forced demolition carried out by the NanShao Town People’s Government and the Villagers’ Committee of Xiaobeishao Village in NanShao Town against Fu Guihua, the villagers’ committee was represented in the lawsuit, and the court ruled to dismiss Fu Guihua’s claim.
• In the compulsory enforcement case involving Zong Guizhen, procedural defects in the property auction were identified through the objection-to-enforcement procedure, successfully halting the auction and related proceedings.

Non-litigation services:

• The year-round legal advisory services provided by the People’s Government of Xiaotangshan Town, Changping District, Beijing, have offered robust legal support for law-based governance and have earned high recognition from the town’s leadership.
• The self-initiated relocation project in Heying Village, Nanshao Town, Changping District has achieved 100% relocation of the entire village.
• Legal counsel for five branches of the Postal Savings Bank of China, having conducted numerous public legal education and training lectures.
• Served as legal counsel for the Asian Games Village Automobile Trading Market, providing high-quality strategies and services in corporate compliance, risk management, and the disposal and recovery of non-performing assets.
• In the bankruptcy liquidation proceedings of Borgward Automobile Co., Ltd., we filed claims on behalf of creditors and successfully secured recognition of such claims as “common benefit debts,” thereby creating the conditions for priority repayment.
• A share acquisition project in an used-vehicle trading market in Baoding, involving state-owned land-use rights assets, was professionally managed to effectively control transaction risks and recover over RMB 10 million in losses for the investor.
