Legal Aid Services:

• From 2016 to 2018, served at the Legal Aid Center of the Changping District Federation of Trade Unions in Beijing, providing pre-trial mediation services for labor disputes to both employers and employees. Over the course of two years, successfully mediated hundreds of labor cases, earning unanimous praise from all parties involved; the case was even featured as an evening news report on Changping Television.

Litigation Practice:

• In the labor dispute involving Beijing China Railway Taige Technology Development Co., Ltd., our firm represented the company in litigation on behalf of 15 employees, with the total amount in controversy approaching RMB 2.2 million. Following the “one mediation, one arbitration, and two trials” procedure, the case was ultimately settled through mediation, with the company agreeing to pay a compensation sum of RMB 50,000.
• The workers’ compensation case for Cao Faming, an employee injured on the job represented by our firm, was fraught with twists and turns and spanned nearly two years. In the end, we successfully secured over RMB 500,000 in workers’ compensation benefits for the client and were presented with a banner of appreciation in recognition of our efforts.
• Runxinhe (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. was involved in a labor dispute with Niu Shexuan. Our firm represented the individual party, addressing issues such as the company’s unlawful termination of employment. From the arbitration stage through the first and second instances of litigation, the individual’s claims were ultimately fully upheld.
• In a dispute over the rights to life, health, and bodily integrity represented by Attorney Hou Lianjie, the defendant was convicted of causing serious injury through negligence. Despite our client sustaining a Grade-9 disability and being unable to obtain disability compensation or compensation for mental distress through litigation, persistent efforts ultimately led to a mediated settlement, resulting in the successful recovery of RMB 200,000 in damages.
• In the divorce case between Hou and Wang, Hou went into hiding by “playing hide-and-seek,” thereby flagrantly refusing to cooperate with the court. Coupled with other complicating factors, Wang filed four lawsuits over a period of more than eight years, ultimately securing a successful divorce on the final occasion through legal representation.
• In the will-based inheritance dispute involving Zhang and Xie, along with two other individuals, after losing at the first instance, our client—acting on behalf of Xie and the others—successfully pursued the case through the second instance, where the court ordered a remand for retrial. Subsequently, we appealed again from the first-instance judgment to the second-instance court, ultimately securing a complete victory. Following this, Xie and the others presented us with a ceremonial banner in gratitude.
• In the dispute over the rural housing construction contract between Huang Chuantai and Wang Lei, the construction team led by Mr. Huang was forced off the job by the other party due to breach of contract. As counsel for Mr. Huang, I sought recovery of the outstanding project payments and other sums owed. Despite the absence of a formal settlement, the opposing party subsequently filed a counterclaim alleging quality defects. Following a judicial appraisal, I successfully secured compensation exceeding RMB 200,000 for my client, and Mr. Huang presented me with a banner in gratitude.
• In the dispute over the franchise agreement between Zhang Guanghui and Beijing Junshan Catering Management Co., Ltd., after the company collected a franchise fee of RMB 200,000 from the individual franchisor, nearly five months passed during which the franchised outlet’s interior decoration was substantially completed. At that point, however, the franchisor absconded, leaving the individual franchisor feeling defrauded. As the individual’s legal representative, I promptly conducted investigations and gathered evidence, meticulously prepared the litigation, and ultimately secured a judgment ordering the full refund of the RMB 200,000 franchise fee.
• In the dispute over breach of the duty of safety assurance between Zhao Zhuqi, Zhao Zhuqiang, and others, on the one hand, and Ji Xiaoning, on the other, I represented Ji Xiaoning and the other parties who bore the duty of safety assurance. Through investigation and evidence collection, I obtained crucial evidence demonstrating that the deceased elderly person’s sudden death was caused by a recurrence of his or her underlying medical condition, resulting in a final judgment awarding approximately RMB 60,000 in damages.
• In the dispute over the invalidity of the contract between Zhang Zhihua and Zheng Zhihong, I represented the Zheng party. After Zheng obtained the property ownership certificate for the second-hand house he had purchased and proceeded to take possession of the property, the seller’s wife claimed that, during her divorce proceedings from her husband, she had been unaware that he had secretly sold the house and subsequently fled, asserting that the property constituted marital joint property and thus refusing to vacate on the grounds of her status as a rights holder. Relying primarily on the arguments that the contract was valid and that my client had acquired the property in good faith, I successfully secured possession of the property for my client, despite the fact that more than two years had already elapsed since the sale.
• In the contract dispute between Beijing Bixin Bida Parking Management Co., Ltd. and Mr. Xia Pi, I represented Mr. Xia. Due to the absence of a proper party to the parking management service contract, the court was unable to accept the case for filing. Following an investigation that ultimately identified the correct contracting parties, the opposing party subsequently filed a counterclaim during the trial, leading to a series of twists and turns. In the end, the court ruled in favor of our client, recovering more than RMB 200,000 in losses on their behalf. Subsequently, Mr. Xia presented a banner of appreciation in gratitude.

Non-litigation services:

• The self-initiated relocation project in Xiaobeishao Village, Nanshao Town, Changping District, achieved 100% village-wide relocation, and during this period successfully resolved numerous disputes arising from the demolition and relocation process.
• Appointed as the Director of the Legal Department at Hong Kong Kangjianyuan Group, providing comprehensive legal services in areas such as labor-management relations, corporate compliance, and risk management.
• Participated in an equity acquisition project for an used-vehicle trading market in Baoding, involving state-owned land-use rights assets, professionally managed transaction risks, and helped the investor recover losses exceeding RMB 10 million.
